Day 1: Arusha to Ndutu (Southern Serengeti)

As you travel through the Ngorongoro highlands, the landscape gradually opens into vast plains where the migration gathers during the calving season. Upon arrival, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive, with chances to witness newborn wildebeests and the predators that follow them. Dinner and overnight will be at a comfortable midrange camp or lodge in Ndutu.

Day 2: Full Day in Ndutu – Calving Season Experience

This day is dedicated to exploring the Ndutu region, one of the best places in Africa to witness the calving season. With morning and afternoon game drives, you will follow large herds of wildebeests and zebras spread across the plains. The presence of newborn animals attracts predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, increasing the chances of dramatic wildlife encounters. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before returning to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart Ndutu and head toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you will descend into the crater for a game drive in this unique ecosystem, known for its high concentration of wildlife.
