Day 1: Arrival and Start of the Trek - Miriakamba

As the sun kissed the horizon, our journey to conquer Mount Meru began. We gathered our gear, filled with excitement and anticipation. With each step, the lush rainforest enveloped us, a symphony of birdsong guiding our way. We reached Miriakamba Hut by midday, where the majestic peak of Mount Meru loomed above, beckoning us onward.

Day 2: Trek to Saddle Hut

Dawn broke, painting the sky in hues of pink and gold as we continued our ascent. The trail led us through heather and moorland, a rugged landscape dotted with curious wildlife. Our spirits soared as we glimpsed the breathtaking views unfolding before us. By afternoon, we reached Saddle Hut, our home for the night, nestled beneath the shadow of the summit.

Day 3: Summit Day - Return to Miriakamba.

With determination in our hearts, we embarked on the final leg of our journey. The air grew thinner as we climbed higher, our breaths mingling with the mist that veiled the mountain. Step by step, we pushed ourselves onward, fueled by the thrill of adventure. At last, we stood triumphantly at the summit of Mount Meru, the world stretching out below us in all its splendor.

Day 4: Descent and Return

As we descended from the heights of Mount Meru, our hearts were filled with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude. Each step brought us closer to the valley below, where our journey had begun just days before. With memories etched in our minds and the mountain's spirit forever in our souls, we bid farewell to Mount Meru, knowing that its beauty and challenge would stay with us forever.
